 Fern began her studies in the body centered practices of yoga, breath work, visualization & meditation in 1970 and has been teaching classes &workshops for over thirty five years. Her teaching style is influenced by  mindfulness meditation (also called Vipassana or insight) Five Element Acupuncture Theory, & Chi Gong Energy exercise): ie: gravity, awareness and breath. Beginners are always welcomed.

  All classes are held at  the Renew Yourself Studio in Milton, Mass. unless otherwise specified*
